Founded in 1995 by Carlos Dias, Manufacture Roger Dubuis has challenged the world of haute horology with daring designs and innovative technology. An authentic “mover and shaker” by nature, Carlos Dias based his approach on four fundamental principles governing the conception and the production of Roger Dubuis timepieces: high quality movements, innovative design, trendsetting introductions and exclusivity. Having become entirely independent since 2003, Manufacture Roger Dubuis develops and produces not only all of their own movements, but also the regulating organs that drive them. Balances and balance-springs, along with all the other parts of its watch movements, are made within the Manufacture. This situation is almost unique. Each year, between 200 and 250 new launches are presented, including world firsts, exclusive models and new movements. In order to highlight the exclusive character of its creations, Roger Dubuis decided to limit each edition to 28 and prove worthy of the prestigious Poincon de Geneve quality hallmark. Within just ten years, Roger Dubuis has developed 28 movements and created 10 collections including the Sports Activity label, accomplishing a feat that often takes more than half a century.
